USA: Department Of Justice Push To End Google’s Search Monopoly To Improve Competition; Here is How…
The America Department of justice and some other group of citizens have pushed for the federal court to urge or possibly cohesively ask Google to market chrome for sell so as to make the internet market competitive among developers.
Earlier this case was ruled by Amit P. At the America District Court, where they discovered Google have been illegally running a monopoly in the search browser.
Amit.P further asked the plaintiff and the US justice department to file a case against the defendant so as to make some amendment regarding the monopoly and to put an halt to it.
Apart from the case requesting the sales of Google it was also included that Google should consider selling chrome or it’s android operating system depending his choice of which one to sell and also stop Google as a compulsory search engine.
In all this, if it fails encourage competition it will be then forced by the federal government to shut down one of the two choices later on.
It was also agreed that Google should in every means allow competitors in the search engine sector to strive freely in the market.
It will be a very disastrous attempt for Google if forced to sell Android and Chrome. Since 2008 chrome have been existing making it one of the most used web browser with about 67% global usage.
Again on the second hand Android is one of the world’s most used software with over 70% in the world market.
Asking Google to sell one among the two most popular software or mobile will be difficult but will end monopoly in the tech market.
