Meghan Markle Elder Sister Sue Her For Multiple Damages; Could This Be The End…

Samantha, Meghan’s sister recently claimed alleging she was force to leave his home of resilience just because of the verbal altercation involving Meghan markle in the Netflix Series.

She opened up in court saying she was actually forced out of her residence, she also claim she faced numerous death threats after the controversial Meghan Netflix’s documentary.

Note, Samantha is Meghan’s elder sister and remember in 2022 she sued the duchess of Sussex.

In the lawsuit filed by Samantha, she claimed comments from the documentary was downgrading, false and disrespectful. She described the act from Meghan as a cheap fame seeker.

In response to this suit, Meghan markle s legal team counter her charges saying Meghan speech is inline with the first amendment.

The legal team insisted that the statement by Meghan which suggest that Samantha is a member of a known hate group, was never an offense in the first law amendment.

Despite Meghan markle winning this case, her sister Samantha still went ahead to take up the case in an appeal court.
